Actually, thinking about it, I'm not sure what is more troubling to the uninitiatedGranted, there's an awful lot of fat in the English version, but there's also a lot of barley and it does have a firm, sausage-like texture. The French/Belgian version is a lot less fatty, but is also a lot squidgier and, given its contents, could be compared to a giant leech.
