I'm trying to cancel an order with Sendit.com.
As I ordered a shedload of cheap DVDs and CDs about two months ago, before realising that they've changed their postage policy and now charge £1.99 per item. I quickly realised that although the items I wanted may have been a little more expensive on Play.com, the free postage negated the cheaper cost per item of Sendit. So I didn't process the order, and now get regular email reminders from them saying that my order is still waiting to be completed.

Fuck me, it's difficult. No sign of the 'remove item' flag their 'help' page keeps referring to, and if I click the next page on the order summary it's the confirm order page, which I'm reluctant to do as i don't know whether that will automatically place the order or not which means fannying around with returns. Even trying to email them to ask how to cancel the order took me half an hour.

Block their e-mail address
and send them a massive turd in the post.

I may be able to disable my account.
I'm also waiting for a reply from Vodafone as the supposed upgrade handset I got the other month is nothing of the sort, and I appear to be paying VAT on top of the price plan when my account says it's included. Fucking shitcunts.

I've never even heard of them
I use HMV, amazon or play - often HMV as they still give me automatic student discount, for some reason...

I've used Sendit a few times
as they do tend to undercut everyone else on some things, but the change in postage policy has led me to think 'maybe not in the future'.

I nearly always buy CDs second hand off Amazon
usually through zoverstocks, but sometimes others.

And DVDs I usually only buy from Tesco or Sainsburys when they are 3 or 4 quid.

I very rarely buy DVDs on release
unless it's something I really want to see and can't wait the four months or so before they reduce the price.
