Also, check out these two poems on a facebook group I'm in, that they wrote about 9/11.
A poem I made about September 11th: I remember the day clearly. The day the plane crashed into the world trade center. The day children cried cuz their parents slipped away right in front of their weary eyes. The day the whole nation cried. Oh why are people so mean. I know what I seen on the tv screen. People dying, the world on fire. Fire in the hole the cops and firemen cried as innocent people died. Terrorists at the nightmarists. Why is the world such a God awful place. ~Hannah

One fateful day
People came together to fight
Fight for the ones they loved
From those on the planes
To those on the ground
They all saved lives
You showed us how to love
How to care again
People had been filled with hate
They all came together
Not caring who each other was
All they knew
Is they were saving lives
I look up to the sky
And remember all those that were lost

Never has there been a better motto for a nation like the USA than
E pluribus unum.

Shit poetry is shit.
My summation has nothing to do with how I may, or may not feel about the ninth of November.
