I'd allow a good 50 minutes.
You need to walk from the coach to the tube, get the Victoria line, change to the Northern at Warren Street or Euston (personal preference is Warren Street as it's usually less busy) then get to Mornington Crescent. Koko is just outside there.

Everything goes smoothly, you might make it in 35-40 mins, but it won't go smoothly.

If you're going to the Dev Pre-gig go one stop further to Camden town, then it's just round the corner.
