That sounds like a good plan.
I reckon right, I reckon, if you get yourself 3, actually no, call it four, call it four. Get yourself 4 tins of lager, your choice of brand, I don't know what you prefer, but get 4 of them, and drink them at a rate of about 1 every three quarters of an hour on the train down, then when you arrive, you'll be perfectly drunk to really get stuck into a further 4 cans during dinner.

Cans of lager....
I'd probably go for Stella. Although I could bring some cider with me.

You could go for cider, you could
I'd say my only concern were that to be the case Jeff, is that, well, frankly you don't have a good track record, and with stella, well, you know where you are with Stella, but with cider. I don't know Jeff, I'm not sure you know where you are with cider.

I'm more or less stopped drinking cider as it was giving me chest pains.
I'll get some fizzy-lager. Is there an offy near the restaurant? Obviously, I'll have my 'train' beer, but I'll want to get some cold ones in for the meal.

There is an offy no more than 10 metres from the front door.
