pretty sure I've seen a film
once
(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:02, Reply)
yes, but apart from serenity, your film knowledge is pretty bare.
If you lived closer I'd educate you.
(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:06, Reply)
films are long and as such represent
quite a commitment in time. Hence I always put off watching them
(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:19, Reply)
The education would involve strapping you down and watching what I consider the basics.
Boondock Saints would come first.

It's an ace film
I think you'd like it. I had shepherd's pie
(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:16, Reply)
i don't like sheperd's pie
will this affect my enjoyment of the film?
(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:18, Reply)
Not at all
it's a film about a Japanese POW camp. I feel eating during it would spoil the authenticity of the experience
(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:24, Reply)
haha
while I was in a student house at uni we watched Alive. It was so cold, at one point my housemate suddenly realised she was considering which of the rest of us would be best to eat first
(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:31, Reply)
Was it you?

(, Fri 7 Oct 2011, 19:33, Reply)
i suspect there was more eating on me
than our other, skinnier housemate. But since I only ate muesli and pasta and cheese in those days, I may have been quite bland. Plus, the other housemate was veggi so probably would have died first
