Some friends of mine make very warpesque stuff that has been released.
Warp hit their peak around 2002 though. But Aphex, Squarepusher, Plone, Plaid, BoC, Two Lone Swordsmen, Red Snapper, Autechre, NoW, Sabres of Paradise...only Mo Wax come close.

Two Lone Swordsmen's stuff up to Tiny Reminders is sterling electro.
From the Double Gone Chapel and onward is post punk. You've gotta love Weatherall though, regardless.
