I had great fun with the taxmen a few years agoI found that they owed my about £2000 so claimed, only to find that 8 years ago I owed them £2300 which I couldn't see or find anything about. Funny that. CUNTS

My understanding is that.....if they have the info about what you owe, they have until the end of that tax year plus 12 months to ask for it. If they don't, tough on them.
In any event, I think there is a long stop of 6 years.
Are you sure it's too late?
