Nah', it'll add a slight sharpness to it which gets balanced out by the icing sugar and the chocolate will leave the main and after tastes of of chocolate that coat your mouth.Think of a cheesecake.

yes,see your point.but while I like cheesecake, never liked chocolate cheese cake, might just go with chocolate, cream and brandy.

Just sugar and water, you have to watch it 'cus it'll take 5-10 minutes to start and then 30 seconds to go from carmel to treckle.The cream turns it into butterscotch.
