My Ma' sometimes makes it all the time... I mean, she hasn't made it in a little while, but she's made it countless times.
We used to eat it a lot in cyprus.

I have no idea how she did it, I think it's just chickpea flower, water that has been deep fried.

mashed up chickpeas and onions
garlic herbs ans spices, fried up, easy an tasty. nom.
