What upsets meis that some cunt thinks throwing paintstripper around and damaging my car is fun, and despite a witness seeing him do it, I still don't think he'll get charged, and the police are just pretty fucking useless in all but dire emergencies.

My brother had a tooth knocked outand was beaten up, and I was as well to a lesser extent a fair few years ago. Middle of the high street, CCTV on about four different shops, eye witnesses, the lot and they never bothered bringing any sort of charge
