This probably won't make me very popular...But I am one of the few who would have kept Brown in office. Especially given the alternatives.
That aside, if your MP was "a fucking good constituency MP", that is a good reason for voting for him. Are you happy with who you have now?

I have moved since. Glenda Jackson is my MP and on the couple of occasions I have filled in templates to support an issue I have had a prompt response and follow up's as well.(
