Last Halloween I can remember dressing up for was years ago and I think I went as Hermione Granger. My hair was a complete disaster.
A good if simple costume for you given the NHS connection might be an oldie but a goodie, bit of talcum powder in the hair, white coat, clipboard, name tag with Dr Harold Shipman on it

but i know what a creep is.
i have a medical-themed costume in mind for my friend's party too. i have this ann summers nurse costume which when zipped up properly is simply a knee-length neck-high white dress with all the trimmings, so i think i'll slosh some fake blood on it, rip it a bit, mad hair and make-up and go as some sort of bedlam nurse. as the costume isn't going to get its original use, this seems like quite a good one to put it to! better than Q-ing at the non-stop-party-shop on high st ken anyway.
any idea on a london date yet?? and are your little ones going trick or treating??

but most probably November 11th or 12th :)
Like the sound of the costume! I doubt my siblings will do trick and treat this year.

i'll let you and some of the other locals know what's going on in case you fancy it, but otherwise just let me know if there is any other date!
