that's a bit different!he sorted all 3 of us out with houses/flats mainly to avoid IHT. and in my case to give him somewhere to crash in london.
but i can tell you now he wouldn't have done it if we hadn't all been working our arses off at our jobs. tha gets nowt for nowt, he'd say.
