Starter: smoked salmon, leaves, lemon mayonnaise.
Main: Slow roasted shoulder of lamb, white onion sauce, flagolet beans, mange tout, carrots, parsnips & roast potatoes.
Pudding: Treacle tart with creme anglaise.
All cooked by moi.
Was going to do venison instead of lamb but couldn't get any.
