I'd put a punch bag up in the garage or somethingbut luckily, I'm pretty good at letting go. By the time I get home, I'll be fine. If I get half an hour of relative peace, I'll be fine.
Unfortunately, this very rarely happens and I have spent most of today wound far more tightly than is strictly good for me.
