I used to be with an electricity provider whose callcentre was in Wales
they were absolutely fucking useless, but every time I rang them in a towering, seething rage I'd be calm again by the time I'd actually got through the menu and spoken to a person just because it was all in the most cheerful sing-song valleys accent.
Having lived in Birmingham for three years I can honestly say that anyone with a strong Brummie accent ought to have their lips welded together for the good of mankind.
