The sort of light irish "I'm going to steal anything of yours of value" accent heard a great deal in Basildon until recently.

Oddly, Tim Witherspoon DID knock my Mum over in Basildon.
When he and Bruno fought at The Festival Hall, he was in the nearby Country Club and walked into her. He was very apologetic, apparently.
