If you go for the CEO option
Would you want to go with a PLC or a company that still have private equity?

PE would be better - long term incentives and all that. PLC means a lot more fiscal management, short term goal leadership to keep building EBITDA & corporate PR

But there is more chance of a golden handshake from a PLC when you fail to increase earnings before tax!
Taking a company from PE to flotation would be something interesting to have on the C.V.
