I tend to soldier on until I am clearly sickAt least in part to make it clear to the boss I am not skiving. Then I take as much time as it takes to get better, unless there's some deadline at work that my presence would actually make a difference to.
Alt: Nothing come to mind, which is odd as my life would seem to be nothing but, but none stand out.
