I managed to trip over my own feet yesterday
managed to rescue it but then immediately dropped my bike and tripped over that instead. Thankfully the person I was meeting hadn't arrived and didn't spot me in a heap on the floor or they would have laughed themselves sick.

This is a good start
I went to Sainsburys to buy Mrs Cow some chocs for the kids she teaches then returned without buying any chocs. I'd like to say this was an isolated incident but my Alzheimers appears to be kicking in

I have these "pause" moments when I literally have to stop everything to try and remember what I was trying to do
