Don't blame you!I'm not too happy also, as my rent has just gone up. It's not a shock, I knew it was coming, but it's always a bit irritating to know you're a little more out of pocket for the exact same product.
My concern now is when they'll raise it again.

Check your contract. They should only be able to increase the rent once a year and by no more than a set %(

Last time I checked, I noticed they wouldn't raise it in the first year, and they raise it according to rate of inflationSo mines just gone up 5.3%. However, they've said that's the rate from 1st December, and as I pay earlier than that, I'm considering just paying my old rate for this month.
