I've got my eye on the pork belly at the butcher's, I want to do something fucking epic with it sometime.I'm filling the void with pork scratchings at the moment.

Ken Hom did an amazing looking pork belly dish on the show "Perfect... Chinese", I have it recorded on my skybox.Let me see if I can find a youtube of it.
