Are you kidding me?Did I fuck make it. I chopped up chicken, peppers, a chilli, some garlic and onion, stir-fried it with soy sauce then added a sachet of bb sauce. Some things you gotta leave to the experts.

Well to make bb sauce you need black beans, saki, something, something.Seems a bit daunting. I make most of may sauces from scratch but not that or green curry paste.

Thai green curry is a bit of a faff but it's worth itso much nicer than stuff out of a jar.
