I deliberately avoided alcohol today after having a few ciders last night.
I'm getting good at this "being sensible" shit.

I kinda figured it was ruining me, doing it every day, not just my mind but my insides too.
It's better this way, although I think it'd be harder if I wasn't so fucking broke.
