I've asked a friend to pick me up some cheese from the German market in Manchester, whether she remembers is another thing. Garlic and nettle cheese, phwoar!

I will be having some Epoisses followed by a marvellous cheese whose name escapes me.
It is fruity at first but then the tang of the blue cuts right through.

I have asked to finish on December 30th, the last working day of the year.
Just waiting for that to be confirmed so I can start in Leeds on Jan 3rd.

Things are winding down on my team anyway- the remaining staff will be TUPEd in April.
