People are going to think I saw it on the telly and thought "Oh, that's a good idea". I don't mind if it's one or two ingredients, but when it's the whole dish, it really pisses me off...... Chris Evens was doing deep-fried stuffed pasta the other week and I swear I did that ages ago.
I think for christmas I'm going to do honey/chili/rosmery butternut squash mash with scallops on top instead now. Maybe with some toasted pine-nuts.
