We are compelled to save 3-4 days holiday for the days between the Christmas bank holidaysThis usually results in about 10 days off.
This year I will be combining paternity leave with my Christmas break, giving me best part of a month off (hopefully).
Alt: As with the first hour of every day: denial.

I managed that with the 1st bornShe was due in January and we are allowed to carry over 5 days normally. I got 8 carried over, took 2 days hol and a week paternity
