Chicken and bacon sandwich.
Same as ever.
About a fortnight.
Alt: Literally, by being the first hour of 25th December. But that's not what you meant and only a prick would assume it was. I feel Christmassiest on Christmas day as soon as I wake up. So, I'd say the first hour of Christmas for me is probably the first hour I am awake on Christmas Day. If you are talking about when you feel the season has really kicked in, that would be the drive home from my last day at work before Christmas. The end.

I meant when you woke up
Is it champagne? Maltesers? Cat rape?

Christmas is what you want it to be.
People who are miserable at Christmas are miserable at Christmas because they want to be.
Or a close friend or relative has died.
Either way that should buck their ideas up and stop ruining a lovely time of year for everyone else.

Indeed
I didn't really "get" Christmas until we had kids. I get it now!

This year will be fucking ace with both of them going mental! I can't wait to see his face when he sees the ride-on Lightning McQueen we have got him!

I've always loved Chirstmas.
During my teenage years one set of cousins liked dressing in black for Christmas and sulking. They encouraged me to do the same because "Christmas is shit". I thought they were pricks and went off to have fun playing shit board games with my aunts, uncles and good cousins.

I remember lolling away waking my Granddad up by buzzing the Operation game every time he dozed off

My uncle made one up once.
In recent years a similar game has appeared in the marketplace called Logo.
He should sue.

alt addendum: Having read everyone else's answers I see I may have misunderstood.
If you mean what is the first hour of my Christmas day normally like, I would have to say smiley and exciting.
Sorry for the confusion. I'm not very bright. The end.
