dunno
trying to find christmas presents was depressing and just makes me think I've disconnected myself from too many people, that if I knew them better I'd be able to find them presents.

Also, two hours listening to a presentation on child abuse didn't raise the tone

Wow, and I though having to listen to Jazz for 3 hours was rough
You can always reconnect, or you may find they are not worth it.

I could handle jazz, even freeform
I just think I've been a bit of an arse not contacting people and being to caught up in GIANTWORKTHING boringness

Ithought that was done.
Yeah pretty much anyone would have appriecated Ronnie Scotts more than me. /namedrop

Yeah, now it's done
finished it Monday night and sent it off (now other scary things happen but fewer that involve me putting together 144 page documents). It's just that it took me 2 or 3 months in which I did a lot of not calling people and saying "..sorry can't make it, you know, work"

I had to google that dude you need to drop bigger names

Jazz - hmmmmm
I agree with Alexei Sayle "there's basically two types of Jazz - and they're both crap".
I can stand most types of music, but Jazz and R&B (the new type, not real rythm & blues which is mostly ace) both leave me cold.

I can only agree with both you and mr Sayle 100%
