Extremely poor food.
My wife's pasta was over cooked and clearly not freshly made, my veal was covered in so much flour before cooking it was like it had been covered in glue. None of the food had been seasoned either.

i'm always shocked how these places stay open.
We're actually pretty good (without meaning to sound arrogant) and we're struggling at the moment.

There's an Italian place near us, which whilst extremely good, I have never seen more than half a dozen tables occupied.
How it stays open I don't know.
