Nah he's a prick but he's an alright prick.
Ain't turning OT into its fabled self-help group. Suffice it to say this past few months have been difficult in a few ways and christmas really isn't helping. In some ways I just need a dose of MTFU but in others I'm wondering whether to seek proper help.

I'm still medicated, I'd probably be fucked without them at the moment.
Regular work, more walking, getting Christmas out of the way, talking to someone and longer brighter days will all work their magic.
