the quays is nice
but places like seedley... my very first viewing as a letting agent was there. it took me ages to find, as i am so ancient that there were no sat navs or mobiles then, and when i got there, the young chav and his knocked-up missus looked at the outside and said: "fuck this, we'd need a fucking gun to live here."
