I broke mine last night, that was to no longer smoke in my bedroom.I was having a horrific night, stomach wise, proper pain, so much pain that even in my dreaming I was in pain, so I couldn't have with getting up and going into the livingroom so much.

That's fair enoughIt's thinking "Oh, I can't be bothered keeping that one" just before breaking it that causes the real, fingernail chewing guilt.
