Had some good drinks outside there during the Summer, my dad's place is on the same road that goes through the common so I'm only thirty seconds away. Bloody expensive though.

I lived at 122 for about 3 months immediately after I separated from the Ex, before moving to New Cross. It would be my ideal location, but my land lady was menkal. Very good bike shop down the bottom.
