How much is a beer?

(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:20, Reply)
They seem to hover at 900 kroner
so about £4.70. I've seen cheaper ones occasionally
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:21, Reply)
Ouch
That is expensive.
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:23, Reply)

I was just shattered so I had a 15 hour kip!

How were the Northern lights?
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:19, Reply)
Fantastic!
I spent two hours kneeling in the snow at -15C to take pictures
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:20, Reply)
I sent a friend a big pile of snow once.
I called them up later and said, 'D'ya get my drift?'
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:23, Reply)
It never arrived and now he thinks you're a flake

(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:23, Reply)

How is your hangover developing?

(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:26, Reply)
Not bad.
I've had about six pints of water, so I'm hoping I can avoid it. Got a boot sale tomorrow morning, so I have to be up early.
And I'm in charge of a grandchild too.
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:29, Reply)

Oh, hundreds.

Or none.
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:32, Reply)
I do all that work and for what eh? FOR WHAT.

(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:33, Reply)
I know.
I'm useless. It's probably why no-one wants to hire me.

The year starts in earnest next week. I'll keep you updated.
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:34, Reply)
Well your sister in law to be is going to start to bully you as well.

You realise that once you get a nice new job
You'll have lots of money to spend flying to Edinburgh.
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:45, Reply)
Are you still going to be working up there?

(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:46, Reply)
I'm still going up for the odd meeting here and there
But I've managed to avoid any extended visits for some time, which is good.
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:48, Reply)
Did you get good pictures?
Will they be on fb?
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:24, Reply)
I got some excellent ones
will put them up on fb when I get home, and get a chance to process the images from the raw files.
(, Sat 7 Jan 2012, 22:25, Reply)
