My best mate (who I was out with last night) is really good mates with her, that's how I got to know her. He told me to leave it alone and let her do the chasing as she'll crack pretty sharpish if you don't get in touch for a few days.

Normally I wouldn't chase any one to any great degree.
It's only because I'm going back on Monday and want to see her. It's not that I wouldn't text her, it's just I've text her every day this week besides yesterday (massive back and forth conversations each time) and I'm very wary of looking pushy.
