I had a creamy chicken, leek and mushroom pie with tarragon and a crispy puff pastry top
a little English mustard on the side; I put it to you that 'dijon' mustard is bent

Dijon is perfectly serviceable, I find.
But yeah, English all the way. I also love wholegrain.

Tewkesbury mustard is the way forward
