I'm too miserable to stop at the moment.And I'm still going to the gym which means I don't become a total lolfatty.

I feel well down at the moment which is why I'm not drinking. Cos I got it into my head that when I get back to Newcastle I'd buy a bottle of port to drink in my bedroom every evening. Slippery slope.
