I shared a house with someone who would come downstairs in the morninggo into the living room to switch the TV on, before heading to the opposite end of the house to make his morning cuppa.

It's almost like he was trying to multitask efficiently and got it the wrong way round...Surely you'd put the kettle on first, and go to the opposite end of the house to watch the telly while you wait for the water to boil?
