Basicly, two (brothers) P & C taught someone into buying the company for them to run, the idea that he makes the investment and collects the cash...
... P & C have decided to buy their own company down the road in competition, and I guess are asking for some kind of leaving-money. They're using me to get this leaving money, saying that I have a copy of all their data. They're using me 'cus I'm good at computery things.

I want fuck all to do with all of them, this has the potential of ruining my reputation. I told the owner guy (the one P & C got him to buy the company for them) that I'm well aware of data ownership and want fuck all to do with it.

Just ignore them. Proof of data ownership would be difficult for them to prove.

Yup, and I don't even have a copy of the data they're saying I've got.
What would I want with it? I haven't even been in the building for 2-3 years, I'm not going to go around backing up the data of some minicab office for free exactly, and I haven't recieved a penny. If they want to see me in court, then I'll simply tell the truth about everything, which believe me, nobody there wants.
