Done Ltd before. A lot of hassle re IR35. A lot of the umbrellas seem to claim they can help get around this.
Need to see a formal offer first!

Surely IR35 only counts if you're a sole trader?
If you make yourself an employee, it doesn't touch you.
I remember mr b3th being worried when it came in, but he's never been affected by it.

Apparently not. HMRC are having a big crackdown, particularly on sole director Ltd's turning over less than X with no employees and no more than single revenue source.

I would love to work for Google. I worked for Amazon a long time ago and several of my former colleagues have gone to Google and really enjoy working for them.
