I've managed to get up and showered, but that's about as far as I can manage at the moment. I need to get moving, though, because if I don't get a certain person's birthday present wrapped and plaited today, she might not get it in time. And I'd hate to get into her bad books.

Nah, probably the rich food and my delicate nervous system tbh.
One time, in my teens, my mother (who is not a confident driver) almost took a turn onto the motorway when she got lost, and I was in the car with her. The ensuing panic caused me to be off school the next day vomiting my ring up.
