I get so many junk calls that I have started screening.If I don't have the number on my phone, I don't answer. If they don't leave a voicemail, they don't get called back.

I mean any number I don't have in my phone book.Withheld or not. It means they're somebody I don't know, if they have a good reason for calling, then they'll leave a voicemail.
