Reissue of a spiritual Afro-jazz lp by a group called Batsumi
It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it.

There's a great record shop in one of the shopping centres in Leeds.
A real hidden gem.

Jumbo is superb
I'm there a lot but I also know who he buys from.

You're lucky to have access to an actual record shop to browse in

There's a lot of real music in Leeds - Jumbo is one
But if you get up to Hyde Park Corner you'll get all sorts.

I got the first three Deep Purple albums - on Harvest, immaculate - for £20 a few years ago.

If you're ever after vinyl and passing through Huddersfield, give Wall Of Sound a go.
The lower floor is like an Aladdin's cave of records.

I was drinking beer brewed in Huddersfield earlier
Magic Rock Brewing Co. it was good.

What genres?

(, Tue 7 Feb 2012, 21:53, Reply)
Damn near everything.
Certainly last time I went they had everything from bebop to drum'n'bass to contemporary classical, though I came away with "Olias of Sunhillow" by Jon Anderson.
