They're very good indeed. He/they did a few songs with Calexico that are fucking superb. He lays in the reins is my favourite.

Yeah I've got the Calexico album too

I have a Calexico remix of Two Lone Swordsmen.
From when Two Lone Swordsmen still made sterling technoid electro.

Calexico played the Pavement ATP
Do you do ATP? If not, you really should.
(, Fri 16 Mar 2012, 23:01, Reply)
I should but I spend too much on whisky and grooming products.

If I didn't have kids I'd be all over it.
Last one before kids ruined everything was the Slint one. I've managed only the Pavement one since then.

I love Slint.

You into Burial?
His new EPs pretty good.

I quite like that
Slightly out of my knowledge base, but along similar lines to the Zomby LP, which I bought after hearing a friend play.

Burial always gets called dubstep, but he quite clearly isn't.
He is very very talented.
(, Fri 16 Mar 2012, 23:19, Reply)
Like I said, out of my knowledge base.

Dubstep has done a 1999 DnB.
It's all over the charts. It also lacks the sophistication and depth of proper DnB.
(, Fri 16 Mar 2012, 23:22, Reply)

Pavement? I'd forgotten about them.
*off to the CD storeroom*

I met the bass player without realising it.
I was talking to this American guy then later on one of my friends pointed him out in the crowd and said look there's the bass player from Pavement.

Cool story bro.
I once pointed James Lavelle in the direction of the stage door.
