Cook a BBQ pork dish, if the weather was nice I'd chill in the garden with some music, a book, and a pint of cider
Can't wait for summer to start, will be excellent.

If it were next week, then I think I'd go down more the route of CP above, as that sounds excellent.

However, if the weather were crap, I'd likely cook, then spend the day in bed, watching films, etc. Hopefully with some company.
