Did all the cooking myself and everything. I'm very proud.

i can't do the rice though. My rice always comes out clumpy.

Try draining any leftover coconut milk into the rice
then turn the heat off, stir it up real good like and put a lid on so it suffuses the rice in the residual heat.

Nah, I just leave that shit to the boss.
He does nice fluffy rice.
And I didn't make the *whole* curry from ingredients. There may have been a jar of sauce involved.
But I'm learning. One day I might be domesticated.
