I wonder what would happen if you make mashed potato, really buttery and creamy, then froze it in ice cub trays and then deep fried it into chips.(

Frozen potato is still potatonot ice. The problem with ice/water is the instant boiling and spraying hot oil everywhere which catches fire and kills the lady living upstairs from peteloaf
