Oh sweet, yup, that's me.
At work yesterday, I was outside with the smoking lot, and we were talking about the new people who have taken over. Even two people who only have 1 or 2 fags only when pissed turned up. Everyone is a bit =S over the whole thing.

Anyway, I said "I'm very needy, I like being told I'm doing a good job or I've done something awesome, I'll work all the hours in a day* if I know I'll get a 'Thats Awesome', but these new people are completely blank, its like working for a robot. I don't like it, if I wanted to work in that enviroment, I'd work for a financial or someone like that."

And the response was "Awwww, you ARE doing a good job", which isn't the best reply from equals in a job. But everyone actually nodded after the laughing and agreed.
